Exciting! The Gay Pride di Milano was simply exciting! Hundreds of people met in the Piazza Castle to participate in the procession that has gone up to Porta Venezia. The contrary to that of previous years back that symbolizes the path our country is doing. The event is presented in full color and music, full of people filled the streets like a river. Saturday no one was afraid to cry to the world their wonderful "diversity", there were no masks to cover our lives, we were all equal. What struck me was seeing so many different people together, gay, transgender, lesbian and heterosexual especially walking together united in one ideal, to demand our rights, rights that do not belong only to the LGBT community but all citizens in as such. It 'all right that we fight against injustice, against those who want to take away your freedom, we must take to the streets forever, and not only when we are directly affected! Following Law 138/2010 the LGBT community has once again denied having his fundamental right: marriage. The Constitutional Court chose to "pass the buck" to the legislator, who is now the only one who can advance our country. However, the Constitutional Court held that gay couples should be recognized as such, stressing that the rights of such couples are exactly the same that characterize the hetero couples, and therefore must be defended resolutely. But then again I do not uan thing: a gay couple is equal in all respects to a heterosexual couple, the rights are the same, marriage is part of one of these rights, but then why the Constitutional Court did not defend our right with the law 138 / 2010? Only nice words swept away by the winds of injustice! The decision also runs counter to Article 3 of Italian Constitution: Article 3
All citizens have equal social dignity and are equal before the law, without regardless of sex, race, language, religion, political opinion, personal and social conditions.
is the duty of the Republic to remove those obstacles of an economic and social well being, limiting the freedom and equality of citizens, prevent the full development of the human person and the effective participation of all workers in the political, economic and social development of the country.

It opposes the right to equality that characterizes all and do this right only a small beginning to be applied in certain situations. The Pride stands in its defense of this elusive equality that every day we are unfortunately denied, the Pride is not a carnival as Catholics, racists or ignorant paint it, Italy is an event which expresses the indignation of a community that does not give up and that makes no compromises. We do not want the rights similar to those of "normal" people, we want the same rights, and we always fight, proud of who we are, proud of our lives, and convinced of our ideas. The Gay Pride on Saturday is not finished at Porta Venezia, but it continues every day in our daily lives, and still proud to shout out loud: WE WILL WE HAVE ENOUGH!
