TWO WORDS ON PHOTOVOLTAIC ZERO COST
of solar energy if they are speaking for some time now and everyone thinks it would be nice to have a facility and produce their own energy to not pay the bill, the problem is that the cost of a plant is very high that many people plan to do so later.
Many of you know I have a history of installing solar panels and recently I decided to take a course to inform you about the famous-in tariff-that is the system of incentives that the state offers to those who set up a facility. With this mail I intend to give more information to those who think that having a system is a huge expense and then leave out.
From some time I hear spread the word of the plants at no cost so I decided to do two calculations and see what it really means. I'll show you how you can calculate the yield of a system installed in a house average northern Italy with a few basic steps.
If I wanted to install a Varese of 3 kw pitch on a roof facing south and inclined at 35 ° would produce a yearly average of 3354Kwh (source: ENEA Research Institute, data collected in Italian cities). If my plant is built (the panel replaces the tile) I get a state incentive € 0.48 per kwh, however, if it was not incorporated would get an incentive of € 0.43 (Bersani Decree in February 2007).
0.48 * 3354 = 1609.92 (rounded in 1610)
€ 1610 are received annually obtained in bi-monthly installments on my account. The incentive is
exempt from all taxation.
This incentive is provided by law for 20 years .
If I pay my system € 18,500 (cost of Ecore Ltd.), in just over 11 years I have recovered fully and expenditure for the remaining 9 get a gain of about € 14,500.
From the day that the system works I can consume the energy produced by it, but not only does not use the energy that is fed into the national energy to form a credit against me which I can then use them in the evening when my current system does not give me or is low (in tariff scheme in exchange).
It follows that if I keep my energy up to the annual threshold 3354kwh (consumption is calculated by any one bill, the average annual figure is reported), then practically not pay a cent more power
ENEL.
One of the problems people encounter is the initial cost of that plant or the lack of liquidity. After the release of the decree all financing institutions have begun to study the incentive system and made their forms of credit. Virtually all banks have an interest to fund just because there's incentive spending largely pays so I'm safe to recover the money.
These include a report by Banca Etica why does one of the lowest interest rates, and also an interesting thing for which she is the only one, you can pay the mortgage payments with no expiration date provided in plant within 20 years. The banks do not ask for guarantees to finance (such as hard work), but only that there is a roof of the property.
In summary, we could: make a loan from Bank of Ethics with a fixed rate of 4.75%, to install the system in a few days (on average 3 days), take the money and the incentive to repay the bank automatically implantation alone without spending their own money, save money which otherwise would have spent on bills and 20 years have accumulated a debt of a few thousand euro.
To make the precise calculation for your needs enough to make an inspection to detect the type of roof (the example I made is related to a pitched roof, but there are facilities for any type), orientation, 'tilt and space available (no shadows relevant). These data are sufficient to understand spending and earnings.
Companies installers are increasing because people are learning how this system works, I have worked with Ecore in prov. Milan and I know that the company offers the guarantee extended to the theft and hail for five years in addition to the already included the factory warranty on the products, all included in the price of the above including VAT. He also works with purchasing groups (GAS) and only offers them the same guarantee to double the number of years, or 10.
attention because the duration of this form of incentive is limited to the threshold of 1200 MWp installed in Italy, we are now the figure of 313 MWp (source www.gse.it) so most people set up a facility than this limit is approached. For those who have already decided to do a quick installation or for those who might be interested but it should be noted that from January 1 2010, incentive fees will suffer a downward variation of 2% and so will be progressively for each year thereafter. But she stuck to the famous 20 years from the time when I build the facility and the agreement with the GSE and therefore should do the job this year and possibly this season that is more comfortable on the roof.
If you have questions ask me to do.
